Our roots run deep in the commercial decorating and lighting industry, with a legacy that began in 1979 when the company was originally founded as Harris Display. Known for setting the standard in commercial decor, Harris Display quickly became a leader in the field. In 1996, The Jarvis Company acquired Harris Display, carrying on its commitment to excellence. That legacy continued when Pacific Decorating Company purchased The Jarvis Company in 2014, further expanding our reach and capabilities. In 2022, Pacific Decorating Company grew once more, acquiring another respected name in the industry—So Cal Display.

DESIGN, CONSULTING, INSTALLATION & REMOVAL
Pacific Decorating company offers sales of the best quality commercial grade decorations available today. We have fostered relationships with the best decoration manufacturers both domestically as well as imported. If the purchase of decor is not in you budget, we also have a leasing program. In the event that you are unsure of your needs, or how to best decorate your property or event, we offer design and consulting services for customers who have the personnel and equipment to complete the installation and removal. Pacific Decorating Co offers installation services which include the installation of all products and hardware to manufacturers specifications. As well, we provide all equipment, personnel and transportation of all decorations. Also included is the removal and packaging of all decorations to be ready for safe storage. Storage options are also available for a complete hassle-free one-stop service.

We offer many types of decorations for City/Municipal seasonal and special event displays, as well as for all commercial property needs. Our most popular decorations include pole mounted banners and flags, Christmas trees of various sizes and styles, pole mounted decorations, building roof lighting, garland wraps, oversized bows, tree wrap lighting, monument sign garland and silhouettes. The decoration and display options are somewhat endless, and if you have something specific in mind, we also offer extensive custom manufacturing of any decoration desired, to fit your specific property or event needs. We have had the opportunity over the years to use many offerings from companies that have come and gone in this business. We utilize the best materials available to give the best results. We and also stay current on the latest technology available to the industry. Have a custom need? We have a custom solution. We can design and build any custom decoration you may want. Working with City’s and commercial properties, results matter. You want to give your community a great experience while also attracting more people to events and shopping. On one our most recent jobs we were able to obtain analytics for the area and the results were shocking. After the decorations in that area were installed, they had a 60% increase in the attendance of the tree lighting ceremony over the previous year. The same location also had a 33% increase in area population daily, from the day after Thanksgiving up until Christmas day, the average stay per guest was 2 hours. That was a very large increase in shopping and foot traffic overall. Since 2014 our current customer return rating is over 99.9%. As well, our promised and contracted dates of installation has been 100% fulfilled. We have never missed a installation date given. We provide a realistic schedule and don’t make sales promises we can’t keep. Since 2014 our service rate after an installation is complete is very good as well. We currently have a return to the job rate of only 1%, and nearly all of the returns are weather related, and we strive to get them completed in mere hours from the time we get a service call.
